- Place it. Set it upright on your tray table, desk or lap, with the face opening at the top.
- Lean in. Fold forward and rest your cheek on top. Wrap your arms around it, or let them settle into the side openings.
- Find your firmness. If it feels too firm, open the nozzle and let a little air out. If it feels too soft, top it up.
- Pack away. Open the nozzle, press out the air, fold it flat and slip it into the storage bag.
